As a service to our customers, we arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers specialised in furniture.
Delivery cost are either calculated at checkout depending on the product and the delivery address or quoted after purchase for special orders. All charges will then be proforma and will be included on your order’s final balance.
Such commercial operations last for a period of time only and apply only for orders whose delivery address is located in the countries or regions specified.
Ransom & Dunn reserves the right to ship these orders by road, sea or air as they see fit. If the client wishes to expedite delivery, they may select and pay for Express Delivery at checkout.
Standard shipping includes curbside delivery only. If the client wishes to opt in for a White Glove Delivery and Installation service, they may select and pay for the service at checkout.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive and item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt by email at email@example.com to return or exchange your item(s).
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for bespoke orders or items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable tax laws.
